GALILEO stands for GeorgiA LIbrary LEarning Online, an initiative of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia. GALILEO offers Georgia residents the opportunity to access reliable sources of information (called databases). Different databases are available for public libraries and for school or university libraries. Access is free but requires a PINES library card and password/PIN.
All you need is your library card number and password. If you are a Bedford resident and do not have a library card, watch this video to learn how to sign up for a library card online. If you have a library card, but do not know your password, use the Forgot your Password? option on the My Account page. You may also call 472-2300 to reset your password.
