Disney+ lets you download all of its movies and shows for offline viewing. If you're traveling or are somewhere with dodgy internet, it's an extremely handy feature. You can enjoy everything on Disney+ without interruption.
You can download everything on Disney+, from the latest Marvel film to any episode of The Simpsons. However, support for offline viewing is only available on mobile devices. This includes Android and Apple phones and tablets, and Amazon Fire tablets.
Enable the Download over Wi-Fi only toggle if you have cellular data limits that you don't wish to exceed. Once enabled, any pending downloads will only begin when you are using a Wi-Fi connection.
Tap Download quality and you can set either High, Medium, or Standard. If you're familiar with using Netflix on your mobile device, you've probably noticed the dark "Download" button that sits right below "Play." Clicking that button starts a download of a local version of the movie or TV show you want.
You can download Netflix movies and TV shows on iPhone, iPad, Android and Amazon Fire devices, as well as computers with Windows 10 or 11 and some Chromebooks and Chromeboxes. Netflix downloads are set by default to only use Wi-Fi, though you can change that in your app settings.
