Seth rids the old house of the presence by convincing the presence to accompany him on his journey. He names the presence "Reggie" and Reggie, Seth, and Calvin travel to Humburgh. They arrive in Humburgh the next day and meet the scholar Dante informed him of. The scholar is a satyr named Virgil who has been studying the games for around 10 years. He asks Virgil about the games and how to participate.

The Titans have agreed to terms with former 49ers linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair. Al-Shaair was signed by the 49ers as an undrafted free agent in 2019, when current Titans general manager Ran Carthon served as director of pro personnel in San Francisco. In four seasons with the 49ers, Al-Shaair (6-2, 228) played in 56 career games, making 31 starts. He's been credited with 199 tackles and two sacks in his career, with six passes defensed, two interceptions, two forced fumbles and three fumble recoveries.

Each match features eight contenders (four men & four women) battling it out in a series of elimination games. The winners of each of the games will advance to Mount Olympus in a race to be the match's titans. There will always be one man & one woman titan.

A brief trailer for the game was shown at Namco Bandai's gamescom conference. It was full of huge minotaurs swinging axes, dragons swooping over snowy landscapes, chicks with horns, wings and tiny bikinis and that sort of thing.
